Abstract:
The present invention relates to a user-customized currency exchange kiosk capable of a reserved currency exchange service and an on-site currency exchange service. The currency exchange kiosk according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a packaged foreign currency storage unit that stores packaged foreign currency in which foreign currency is packaged for each currency exchange reservation case; an on-site foreign currency storage unit that stores on-site foreign currency being provided upon request for on-site currency exchange; a package withdrawal means that withdraws packaged foreign currency from the packaged foreign currency storage unit; an on-site withdrawal means that withdraws on-site foreign currency from the on-site foreign currency storage unit; and a control unit that selectively operates and controls the package withdrawal means or the on-site withdrawal means so as to withdraw packaged foreign currency or on-site foreign currency on the basis of withdrawal request information acquired from a kiosk user. According to the present invention, both a reserved currency exchange service and an on-site currency exchange service are available, and foreign currency for a reserved currency exchange service and foreign currency for an on-site currency exchange service are separately managed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the problem of being unable to provide a reserved currency exchange service due to the provision of an on-site currency exchange service.
