Abstract:

This user device is provided with a reception unit that receives, from a base station device, a measurement configuration including an event setting the conditions for transmitting a measurement report, a control unit that performs measurement on the basis of the measurement configuration, and a transmission unit that, in cases in which the conditions for transmitting a measurement report have been satisfied, transmits a measurement report to the base station device on the basis of the results of the performed measurement. The control unit determines the period for performing measurement on the basis of the results of the performed measurement.
