Abstract:
One aspect of the present invention provides a communication means for preventing unwanted cell switching between cells of two types of base station devices provided by a 5GS, between cells of two types of base station devices provided by an EPS, and between the 5GS and the EPS. Provided is a communication means for preventing unwanted cell switching by using not only a normal mobility management rejection cause but also an extension rejection cause value for notifying a terminal device of whether or not communication using a radio function provided by two types of base station devices is possible.
