Abstract:
Provided by the present disclosure are a user equipment and a method therefor, and a base station and a method therefor. The method executed by the user equipment comprises: receiving system information or a radio resource control (RRC) message from a base station; and reporting time information of leaving the current network to the base station when the system information contains indication information that indicates UE access that supports multiple USIM cards, or the RRC message contains indication information that reports the time information of leaving the current network. Thus, the reliability of UE-related communications of the multiple USIM cards can be ensured, thereby improving the communication efficiency and communication quality of a radio communication system.
