Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to appropriately control transmission power. This user terminal comprises: a reception unit that receives a predetermined parameter used for transmission power control of an uplink channel; and a control unit that, on the basis of downlink control information, determines the number of times of transmission and/or the range of transmission of the uplink channel to which the predetermined parameter is applied.
