Abstract:

A user sensory quality estimation device for estimating the sensed waiting time of a user of an application in a user terminal has: a data reception means that acquires, as estimation-target logs, the duration times of processes for data acquisition, script execution, and image rendering carried out in an estimation-target period in the user terminal, and stores the estimation-target logs in a reception log storage means; a log exclusion means that reads the estimation-target logs from the reception log storage means, and outputs logs excluding logs in which the duration times of the data are shorter than a predetermined short-time process threshold value or are longer than a predetermined long-time threshold value; a quantization means that calculates, as a multiplicity, the number of processes carried out within a time slot having a fixed time, with respect to the logs output from the log exclusion means; and a continuous region extraction means that extracts a continuous region from the data quantized by the quantization means.
