Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to implement appropriate communication in a communication system that uses a cell for which the application of listening has been stipulated. Provided is a user terminal that performs communication using a cell in which listening is applied before DL transmission, at least, said user terminal having a measurement unit, which measures a channel condition using a reference signal for measuring the channel condition, and a control unit, which controls the transmission of channel condition information at a prescribed timing, wherein the control unit controls whether or not to transmit channel condition information on the basis of the channel condition measurement status, and controls the transmission of designation information that indicates a cell that performs transmission of the channel condition information.
