Abstract:
The present invention supports suitable CSI measurement and reporting, even when a shortened transmission time interval (TTI) and/or shortening of processing time have been introduced. The user terminal according to one embodiment communicates in a cell that uses a shortened TTI that has a transmission time interval length that is shorter than 1 ms and/or a cell that controls communications by applying a shortened processing time that is shorter than in existing LTE systems. The terminal device is characterized by having: a measurement unit that measures channel state information (CSI) using a CSI reference resource; and a transmission unit that transmits the CSI in a prescribed subframe. The user terminal is also characterized in that the CSI reference resource is included in a subframe that precedes the prescribed subframe by an amount of time that is shorter than a prescribed time.
