Abstract:
In order to appropriately control transmission of uplink control information even when the transmission overlaps transmission of different uplink control information, a user terminal according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a transmission unit that transmits a delivery acknowledgement signal (HARQ-ACK) and channel state information (CSI); and a control unit that controls transmission of the HARQ-ACK and the CSI on the basis of at least one of first information indicating whether or not simultaneous transmission of the HARQ-ACK and the CSI is applied, whether or not a notification of the first information is given from a base station, second information indicating whether or not a user ability can handle simultaneous transmission of the HARQ-ACK and the CSI, and whether or not the second information has been transmitted.
