Abstract:
The present invention relates to a user utility bill payment analysis method based on a clustering algorithm and a TSVM model. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, acquiring basic information and utility bill payment information of residential users within a set time and in a set area; S2, pre-classifying the utility bill payment information, so as to obtain pre-classified data of two categories; S3, performing clustering analysis on the pre-classified data, and respectively acquiring the optimal number of clustering categories corresponding to the two categories; S4, mixing the pre-classified data and original utility bill payment information, so as to obtain mixed data; S5, inputting the mixed data into a trained TSVM model, and respectively performing classification recognition on the mixed data in the two categories according to the optimal number of clustering categories; and S6, obtaining distribution situations of bill payment types and the basic information of the residential users within the set time and in the set area. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages of improving the effectiveness and rationality of analyzing utility bill payment behavior, etc.
