Description:

Background Art In recent years, the younger generation has increasingly expressed the personality by means of a variety of accessories, which is evolved to be a kind of youthcult.

Particularly, as for the young women, various decorative patterns or letters are printed on their fingernails to reflect their personalities, instead of simply manicuring.

However, since users have difficulties in painting desired pictures on their nails without assistance, they are subjected to nail art painting at a high expense for the service of the nail art painting. In addition, nail seals printed with various decorative patterns or letters may be separately used.

Thus, there are proposed devices for use in selecting a desired pattern among various patterns stored in a memory unit thereof and printing the selected pattern on fingernails of the users. However, such devices are costly, and have difficulties in use because they are mounted to a predetermined position and then cannot be moved freely.

Further, the users frequently wash their hands including the nails that are

printed with the patterns or letters, whereby the printed patterns or letters may be easily removed while being not maintained even for a few days. Hence, the nail art effects in comparison with the high price become insignificant.

On the other hand, in various play lands or sports stadium, face painting is in fashion with children or teenagers. As such, persons skilled for such painting manually paint the pictures on faces of those who want to be face painted, thus requiring long periods. Consequently, many people who want to be face painted cannot but wait for the long periods or cannot be face painted.

Further, since the persons to be painted are in the stationary state, it is difficult to provide a face painting as a pleasant experience.
