Abstract:
A utilization management assistance device (1) comprises: an identification unit (11) that refers to a database in which pieces of facial feature information of users and authorized floors for which utilization by each of the users has been authorized are associated with one another, so as to identify a first authorized floor associated with a first user who has succeeded in first face authentication for a first facial image that has been imaged as a result of entering an elevator; an operation control unit (12) that performs operation control for the elevator according to the first authorized floor; a determination unit (13) that refers to the database, performs second face authentication for a second facial image obtained by imaging a second user who exits at a stop floor at which the elevator has stopped according to the operation control, so as to determine whether it is possible for the second user to exit at the stop floor; and an output unit (14) that outputs first alert information if it has been determined that the second user cannot exit.
