Abstract:
Provided are a low-viscosity UV curable silicone composition that can be used in molding methods such as the surface exposure method and the hanging method, and a cured product having excellent tensile strength and elongation at break. The UV curable silicone composition contains (A) an organopolysiloxane represented by general formula (1) (in formula (1), n satisfies 1 ≤ n ≤ 1,000, m satisfies 1 ≤ m ≤ 1,000, Ar represents an aromatic group, R1 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and A represents a group represented by formula (2) (in formula (2), p satisfies 0 ≤ p ≤ 10, a satisfies 1 ≤ a ≤ 3, R1 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, R2 represents an oxygen atom or an alkylene group, and R3 represents an acryloyloxyalkyl group, or the like)) and (B) a photopolymerization initiator, and also contains (C) a monofunctional (meth)acrylate compound containing no siloxane structure and/or (D) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound containing no siloxane structure.
