Abstract:
A UV full automatic curing machine comprises: a machine rack (1.0); three independent belts (2.0, 2.2, 2.3) modules which are provided on the machine rack (1.0) to realize the movement in the forward and reverse directions; opposing sensors (4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6) which are provided on each of the belts (2.0, 2.2, 2.3) modules, so that the movement of products on the belts (2.0, 2.2, 2.3) is controlled; a guide module (2.1) which is provided on the forward and rear belts (2.0, 2.3) modules to serve the function of guiding products; a UV lamp bracket which is provided on the middle belt (2.2) module; a lamp cover (5.0) which is provided out of the lamp bracket to seal the UV light; a screw module which is provided inside the lamp bracket to adjust the movement of the UV lamp in the forward and backward, leftward and rightward, and upward and downward directions; and front and rear doors (3.0) which are provided at the front and rear sides of the lamp bracket for sealing. The products are conveyed by the three belts (2.0, 2.2, 2.3), the product flow is controlled by respective sensors (4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6) which are cooperating closely, enabling full automatic conveying and UV curing of the products.
