Disclosed are a UV light-conversion encapsulation film and a preparation method therefor. The UV light-conversion encapsulation film of the present application comprises a UV cut-off layer and a UV light conversion layer, the UV cut-off layer being arranged close to the side of a battery cell, wherein the UV cut-off layer comprises the following components: a matrix resin, a UV light absorbent, a cross-linking agent, an assistant cross-linking agent, a silane coupling agent, and an auxiliary agent, and the UV light conversion layer comprises the following components: the matrix resin, a UV light conversion agent, the cross-linking agent, the assistant cross-linking agent, the silane coupling agent, and the auxiliary agent. According to the UV light-conversion encapsulation film of the present application, light below 380 nm can be converted into visible light above 380 nm to penetrate through, the power of an assembly is improved to the maximum extent, meanwhile, good weather resistance is achieved, UV light which is not completely converted and has penetration increase caused by conversion efficiency reduction can be shielded, the service life of the film is prolonged, and the protection effect on the battery cell is enhanced.
