Abstract:
Disclosed are: a virus vector in which a gene encoding an antigen polypeptide is integrated into a human parainfluenza virus type 2 gene, wherein the antigen polypeptide is expressed in the form of a fusion protein of the antigen polypeptide and a constituent protein of a virus; and a method for producing the virus vector. In the virus vector according to the present invention, the antigen peptide is contained on a virus particle in a quantitatively large amount. Therefore, the antigen polypeptide can be delivered to a target cell with high efficiency.
