Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a vacuum valve (4) that is insulatively supported inside a grounding tank (1); a movable-side frame (15) that connects the bottom end of a movable-side external conductor (23) to a movable conductor (20); a fixed-side frame (16) that connects the bottom end of a fixed-side external conductor (24) to a fixed conductor (21); a movable-side insulation support tube (9) that insulatively supports the movable side frame (15) in the grounding tank (1); a fixed-side insulation support tube (10) that insulatively supports the fixed-side frame (16) in the grounding tank (1); a movable-side flange (2a) that covers the end part of the movable side of the grounding tank (1); and a rubber (17) placed on the inner circumference surface of the movable-side flange (2a). The end part on the opposite side to the side of the movable-side insulation support tube (9) that is linked to the movable-side frame (15) is supported to be movable in the axial direction and the radial direction of an arc extinguishing chamber (3) by the movable side flange (2a) with the rubber (17) interposed therebetween.
