Abstract:
In order to resolve problems of the present invention, an autonomously traveling vacuum cleaner according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body; a driving unit for moving the body; a camera for detecting three-dimensional coordinate information; a memory for storing pattern information related to a charging station; and a control unit for comparing the three-dimensional coordinate information, having been detected by the camera, with the pattern information, which is related to the charging station and stored in the memory, and determining whether the charging station is located near the body on the basis of a result of the comparison.
