Abstract:
A high-speed brushless vacuum cleaner motor using a magnetic bearing and a vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner motor comprises a stator (6) and a rotor (7). The vacuum cleaner motor is provided with the magnetic bearing capable of suspending the rotor (7) in the stator (6). The rotor (7) comprises a rotor shaft (11). The magnetic bearing comprises an upper axial magnetic bearing (3) provided at one end of the rotor shaft (11) for axially adjusting the position of the rotor shaft (11). A groove is formed in the upper axial magnetic bearing (3). A protrusion accommodated in the groove is provided on the rotor shaft (11). By means of the match between the groove and the protrusion, axial offset of the rotor shaft (11) is limited. The vacuum cleaner comprises the vacuum cleaner motor. The vacuum cleaner motor comprises a controller. The controller actively adjusts the speed of the rotor of the vacuum cleaner motor according to the load size in the vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner motor and the vacuum cleaner can overcome the problem that the existing motor is limited by the bearing and the rotation speed cannot be improved, and therefore, the operation is reliable, the service life is greatly prolonged, and the working efficiency is improved.
