Abstract:
A vacuum cleaner telescopic extension tube manufacturing system is disclosed. The disclosed vacuum cleaner telescopic extension tube manufacturing system comprises: an inner tube manufacturing portion for forming an expanded tube portion on an end of an inner tube material having a recess formed throughout the entire longitudinal direction thereof; an inner tube assembly portion for coupling a pipe guide to one side of the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube, and provisionally assembling a guide bracket; a guide assembly portion for receiving the inner tube having the pipe guide coupled thereto, fixing same, forming a riveting portion on the outer peripheral surface of the fixed pipe guide such that same is coupled to the inner tube, and coupling the guide bracket to the coupled pipe guide; a silicone application portion for applying silicone to the inner peripheral surface and outer peripheral surface of the connecting tube; an outer tube assembly portion supplied with the inner tube having the pipe guide and the guide bracket coupled thereto and supplied with the connecting tube having silicone applied thereto, the outer tube assembly portion coupling/assembling the inner tube and the outer tube supplied thereto and coupling/assembling the connecting tube to the outer tube having the inner tube assembled thereto, thereby manufacturing a telescopic extension tube; an electric conductance/sealing inspection portion for simultaneously inspecting whether the telescopic extension tube is electrically conductive and whether same is sealed; and an exterior inspection portion for inspecting the exterior of the telescopic extension tube.
