Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vacuum container and to a method for manufacturing same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a vacuum container produced by forming an inner container made of a synthetic resin material, forming a film container inside the inner container so as to be adhered to the inner container, cutting the adhered film container to fit the size of the edge of the inner container, and fusing the inner container, the film container, and an inner container cover using ultraviolet rays, as well as to a method for manufacturing the vacuum container. To this end, the present invention is characterized in that the vacuum container is formed through a method comprising: an inner container formation step of forming an inner container made of a synthetic resin material; a thin-plate film arrangement step of placing a thin-plate film on the inner container, the thin-plate film being made of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (ABS), poly(cyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate) copolymer (PCTG), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyurethane (PU), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Surlyn, silicone resin, natural rubber, or synthetic rubber; a film container formation and adhesion step of forming the thin-plate film so as to have the same shape as the inner container by heating the thin-plate film from the top using hot air or a heating plate and simultaneously suctioning air through a suction hole formed in a base plate of the inner container, and adhering the thin-plate film to the inner container; a film container cutting step of cutting the edge of the film container adhered to the inner container so as to fit the size of the edge of the inner container; and a step of covering the inner container and the film container using an inner container cover while the film container is adhered to the inside of the inner container, and then fusing the edge of the inner container, the edge of the film container, and the inner container cover simultaneously using ultraviolet rays.
