Abstract:
Disclosed is a vacuum food processor, comprising a main machine (1) and a working container (2) mounted on the main machine (1), wherein the top of the working container (2) is covered with a cover (21), and a sealing valve (211) is arranged on the cover (21); and further comprising a vacuumizing device having a suction nozzle mechanism (3) and an air extracting pump (4), wherein the suction nozzle mechanism (3) is arranged on the main machine (1) above the cover (21) and is displaceable between an open location and a closed location, when the suction nozzle mechanism (3) is located at the open loation, the suction nozzle mechanism (3) is separated from the cover (21), and when the suction nozzle mechanism (3) is located at the closed location, a lower part of the suction nozzle mechanism (3) is aligned with the sealing valve (211) and is connected to the cover (21) in a sealed manner. The air extracting pump (4) is located in the main machine (1), and the air extracting pump (4) is connected to the suction nozzle mechanism (3) via an air extracting pipe (5). Before food in the working container (2) is processed, air in the working container (2) can be emptied by the vacuumizing device, so that food in the working container (2) will not be decomposed and oxidized by air to cause nutrient reduction after being processed, thus providing people with fresh food to eat.
