Abstract:
Disclosed is a vacuum juicer, belonging to the field of juicers, and comprising a vacuum housing assembly, a stirring cup assembly and a main machine (30). The vacuum housing assembly comprises a vacuum housing (11) and a cam (13). The cam (13) rotates around the vacuum housing (11), and the cam (13) is provided with a sealant (131). The stirring cup assembly comprises a stirring cup base (23) and a stirring cup (22). The stirring cup (22) is provided with a movable valve (21). The movable valve (21) slides up and down so as to control the opening and closing of a vent hole (221) of the stirring cup. A vacuum pump (31) within the main machine (30) is connected to an inner space of the vacuum housing (11) in a sealed manner. The vacuum juicer not only can vacuumize the stirring cup (22) before and during juice stirring, but also allows the stirring cup (22) to be removed, carried around and stored for a period of time in a vacuum state, without the phenomenon of oxidation caused by exposure to air.
