Abstract:
A vacuum pyrolysis device for power battery and a pyrolysis method thereof. The device comprises a cylindrical body (100) and further comprises a rolling means (700), a first sealing means (200), a pyrolysis means (300), a second sealing means (400), a thermal pyrolysis means (500), and a third sealing means (600) which are arranged from top to bottom. The pyrolysis means (300) comprise a first heater (310), a first air inlet (320), a first air outlet (330), and a pipe (340). The first heater (310) is provided outside the cylindrical body (100) to heat the outer surface of the cylindrical body (100). The pipe (340) is separately connected to the first heater (310) and the first air outlet (330). The thermal pyrolysis means (500) comprises a second heater (510), a second air inlet (520), a second air outlet (530), and first stirring blades (540). The second heater (510) is provided outside the cylindrical body (100) to heat the outer surface of the cylindrical body (100). The second heater (510) is connected to the pipe (340). Also provided is the pyrolysis method. The device and the method combine battery pyrolysis and thermal pyrolysis and fully utilize resources.
