Abstract:
Remarkably downsized and light-weighted vacuum switch and vacuum switch gear for increasing safety in maintenance and inspection, wherein the vacuum switch comprises a vacuum container formed of a fixed insulator and a metallic container covered with an insulator having a ground contact layer on its outer surface and fixed and movable electrodes insulated from each other, and the vacuum switch gear uses the vacuum switch.
