The present invention relates to a vacuum tube water storage type solar water heating system. A water consumption pipeline and an auxiliary pipeline are externally connected to a water outlet in the upper portion of a vacuum tube heat collector; a pressure sensor, a water level sensor, a water consumption check valve, and a water consumption valve are sequentially provided on the water consumption pipeline, and a pressure relief pipeline is externally connected to the water consumption pipeline between the water level sensor and the water consumption check valve; the auxiliary pipeline is connected to a cold water pipeline between a water feeding valve and a pipeline temperature sensor, a water consumption signal pipeline is connected to the cold water pipeline between a pressure reducing valve and the water feeding valve, and the water consumption signal pipeline is provided with a water flow sensor and then connected to the water consumption pipeline between the water consumption check valve and the water consumption valve. The system is simple in structure, convenient and safe to use, convenient to maintain, and capable of effectively ensuring stable hot water supply.
