Abstract:
Provided are a vacuumizing device for a vacuum pipeline and a vacuumizing method therefor. The vacuumizing device comprises an external vacuumizing device arranged outside the vacuum pipeline (2) and an internal vacuumizing device arranged inside the vacuum pipeline (2), wherein the internal vacuumizing device comprises a wind shielding hood (31) arranged at the head of a high-speed train (1) and used for matching an inner wall of the vacuum pipeline (2) at the periphery of the head of the high-speed train (1) after being unfolded, a driving mechanism (32) connected to the wind shielding hood (31) and used for driving the opening and closing of the wind shielding hood (31), and an air collection device arranged in a running-through manner with a wind collection channel (33) of the wind shielding hood (31), the air collection device being fastened to the high-speed train (1). By means of the structural design, it is possible to conveniently achieve a vacuumizing operation inside the vacuum pipeline (2) by means of the foldable wind shielding hood (31), so as to improve the vacuumizing efficiency thereof, and a balanced air pressure inside the vacuum pipeline (2) can be flexibly maintained according to a pre-set air pressure value of the vacuum pipeline (2), and therefore, the vacuumizing operation on the vacuum pipeline (2) is conveniently and efficiently performed.
