Abstract:
Disclosed in the invention is a vaginal microecological detection primer-probe combination and a kit. The primer-probe combination comprises primers and probes for detection of target genes of lactobacillus crispatus (LC), lactobacillus gasseri (LG), lactobacillus jensenii (LJ), lactobacillus iners (LI), gardnerella vaginalis (GV), candida albicans (CA), and trichomonas vaginalis (TV), the probes being used for melting curve typing. The kit comprises the primer-probe combination. By means of the combination of the specific primers and probes, the specific target genes of the different microorganisms can be effectively amplified, and amplification products of the specific target genes can be subjected to melting curve analysis, such that the seven microorganisms can be detected in one tube. The combination has the advantages of high specificity, short time consumption, high sensitivity, comprehensive coverage of detection sites, and the like, and can provide clinicians with auxiliary diagnostic reference for early treatment, thus being widely used in clinical practice.
