Abstract:
A rotor (16) is disposed on one side of a prescribed shaft center (Cv) in the axial direction (Da) with respect to a flow path hole forming part having a flow path hole formed in a housing, and rotates about the shaft center. A differential pressure device (24) has a pressure chamber (24a), and is disposed on one side in the axial direction with respect to the rotor. In the housing, a one-side space (11a) provided to the one side in the axial direction with respect to the rotor and other-side spaces (11b, 11c, 11d, 11e) that are provided to the side opposite to the one side in the axial direction with respect to the flow path hole forming part and that are in communication with the flow path hole are formed. When pressure in at least the other-side spaces is higher than pressure (P2) in the one-side space, the differential pressure device generates a pressing force for pressing the rotor to the flow path hole forming part by means of differential pressure between pressure (P1) in the pressure chamber and the pressure in the one-side space. As the pressure in the pressure chamber is increased with respect to the pressure in the one-side space, the pressing force is increased.
