Abstract:
A valve assembly is disclosed. The valve assembly according to the present invention is installed between an inflow pipe and a discharge pipe through which fluid is transferred, and the valve assembly comprises: a valve body which is provided with an inflow portion connected to the inflow pipe for introducing the fluid, a space portion in which the fluid supplied into the inside thereof through the inflow portion stays, and a discharge portion connected to the discharge pipe for discharging the fluid of the space portion to the outside; and an opening and closing means which moves in close contact with the inner surface of the valve body to open or close the path of the fluid, wherein the valve body is formed of a tube made of steel or stainless steel.
