Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of casting, and more particularly relates to a valve-coating sand core. The valve-coating sand core comprises an upper core body, a lower core body, an upper core bone, and a lower core bone; the upper core body comprises a first upper core portion and a second upper core portion that are integrally connected; the first upper core portion is disc-shaped and is horizontally arranged; the lower side of the first upper core portion is integrally connected to the second upper core portion that is in the shape of a frustum cone, and the second upper core portion comprises a larger upper portion and a smaller lower portion; the lower core body in the shape of the frustum cone is provided at the lower side of the second upper core portion, and the lower core body comprises a smaller upper portion and a larger upper portion; the upper core bone is vertically provided in the upper core body in a penetrating mode; the lower core bone is vertically provided in the lower core body in a penetrating mode; and the upper core bone is detachably connected to the lower core bone. Compared with the prior art, the valve-coating sand core provided by the present invention is reasonable in design, reliable in structure, convenient to mount, accurate in positioning, and not prone to deformation during casting, ensures the size precision of a casting, and further can reduce the defects, such as product sand-clamping and product surface roughness.
