Abstract:
A valve device has a pressure chamber communicating with a liquid inlet and with a liquid outlet and storing a liquid, and has a pressure-reducing valve for reducing the pressure in the pressure chamber to a predetermined level. The pressure- reducing valve has a pressure-receiving member. When the pressure in the pressure chamber is lower than the predetermined pressure, the pressure-receiving member is elastically deformed toward the inside the pressure chamber. The pressure-reducing valve is constructed such that the valve produces an operation force greater than a pressing force caused by the elastic deformation, and the pressure-reducing valve is released by the operation force. When the pressure-reducing valve is released, the liquid is allowed to be supplied from the liquid inlet to the pressure chamber. The valve device is therefore reduced in size.
