Abstract:
Provided is a valve embedded actuator comprising: an actuator body having a vacuum port through which external vacuum pressure is introduced and an atmosphere port through which external atmospheric pressure is introduced; a valve, provided inside the actuator body, which alternately opens and closes the vacuum port and the atmosphere port by means of electromagnetic force to thereby control the indraft of atmospheric pressure or vacuum pressure; and an actuation part, provided inside the actuator body, which performs a mechanical operation by pushing a rod when the atmospheric pressure is applied within the actuator body as the atmosphere port is opened and pulling the pushed rod when a vacuum pressure is applied within the actuator body as the vacuum port is opened.
