Abstract:
A link lever is pivotally attached to a device body, weights are provided on the link lever, and a ball valve is provided between the weight and the pivot shaft of the link lever. Moving the device body by operations such as shaking, swinging, turning, tilting, or hitting the device body by hand will cause the link lever to rotate relative to the device body due to the kinetic energy generated in the weight, and the rotation of the link lever will move the ball valve so that the valve openings are opened and closed. As a result, it is possible to provide a valve gear and a shower device using the same wherein operations for opening and closing a valve can be performed extremely simply, and special external operating members such as buttons, handles, or switches, which would be operated by hand or finger, are unnecessary.
