Abstract:
The present application is related to the technical field of engines, and specifically provides a valve mechanism and an engine system. A gas intake passage and a gas exhaust passage are disposed at an air distribution shaft valve. The air distribution shaft valve is rotatably connected to a gas distribution cavity by means of a gas distribution shaft, and the gas distribution shaft is connected to an output shaft of a drive device, and rotates when the gas distribution shaft is driven by the drive device, so as to achieve dual control of variable valve timing and gas intake and exhaust timing. When a cylinder is in a gas intake stroke, the gas distribution shaft valve rotates, and the gas intake passage is connected to a gas inlet and a gas distribution opening, such that external gas enters the cylinder; when the cylinder is in a gas exhaust stroke, the gas distribution shaft valve rotates, and the gas exhaust passage is connected to the gas distribution opening and a gas exhaust opening, such that gas in the cylinder is exhausted; when the cylinder is in a compression or ignition stroke, the gas distribution shaft valve rotates, and the gas distribution shaft valve closes the gas inlet, the gas exhaust opening, and the gas distribution opening. The valve mechanism is used to realize a piston engine gas distribution function, and effects of simplifying a mechanical structure, thereby achieving smooth operation, reducing power consumption, and reducing weight, volume, and noise.
