Abstract:
A valve prosthesis (100) and a valve prosthesis system. The valve prosthesis (100) comprises: a main body portion and anchor pieces (20). The main body comprises: a valve stent (10), leaflets (31), and a skirt (32); the valve stent (10) comprises: a first stent (11), a second stent (12), and a connecting frame (13); the first stent (11) is disposed on the periphery of the second stent (12), the connecting frame (13) is connected between the first stent (11) and the second stent (12), the leaflets (31) are fixed on the second stent (12), and the skirt (32) covers the inner surface and/or the outer surface of the valve stent (10); and the anchor pieces (20) are separately provided from the valve stent (10), and when in use, the anchor pieces (20) are disposed on the first stent (11) and extend towards the outer side, so as to anchor the valve prosthesis (100).
