Abstract:
A valve prosthesis, comprising a stent (10) and a skirt assembly. The stent (10) has an inflow end (11) and an outflow end (12) opposite to each other in the axial direction of the stent (10); the skirt assembly comprises at least two skirts (20), and the skirts (20) are annular around the stent; each skirt (20) has an inner skirt (21) and an outer skirt (22), the inner skirt (21) is the side of the skirt (20) close to the axis of the stent (10), and the outer skirt (22) is the side of the skirt (20) away from the axis of the stent (10); the inner skirt (21) is connected to the stent (10), and the outer skirt (22) forms a free end; the at least two skirts (20) are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the stent (10), and are different in radially outer size; and an outer skirt (22) of at least one skirt (20) is used for being in contact with an original tissue (50). In this way, even if a small amount of blood flow enters the gap between a skirt (20) and an original tissue (50), a blood flow low speed area can be formed by the skirts (20) having different radially outer sizes, facilitating the solidification of blood in a low speed area, reducing paravalvular leak, and accelerating the endothelialization. Moreover, a change in the radially outer sizes of the skirts (20) increases the roughness of the skirt assembly, facilitating tissue climbing growth and endothelialization.
