Abstract:
A valve repair system and a coupling instrument thereof. The coupling instrument comprises a prosthetic stent (90) and a balloon (100). The prosthetic stent (90) comprises at least two prosthetic parts (91) arranged in the circumferential direction around the axis (H) of said stent, the proximal ends of the prosthetic parts (91) being fixed along the radial position of the prosthetic stent (90). The balloon (100) can expand to drive the distal ends of the prosthetic parts (91) to be converted from a first shifted configuration to a second shifted configuration. Consequently, in the first shifted configuration, the prosthetic parts (91) are clamped and assembled with a valve clamping instrument, so that the prosthetic parts (91) can have inward stress and be connected to the valve clamping instrument, and a situation where the two prosthetic parts (91) are left-right asymmetric after the prosthetic stent (90) is mounted on the valve clamping instrument can be prevented. Since the design of a pushing wire (04) and a limiting ring (013) is avoided, jamming or sound generation of the pushing wire (04) in the process of advancing or retreating can be prevented. The shifted configurations of the prosthetic parts (91) are driven to change by means of the balloon (100), so that it can be ensured that a portion of the prosthetic parts (91) will not be slightly open and difficult to separate when the prosthetic parts (91) are separated from the valve clamping instrument.
