Abstract:
A valve timing adjustment device (100, 100a) is provided with: a driving rotating body (10) comprising a sprocket (11, 11a) to which power is transmitted from a drive shaft (210) and a housing (13) formed separately from the sprocket and having a plurality of internal teeth (15) formed therein; an eccentric shaft (20); a plurality of rollers (60) arranged side by side in the circumferential direction between the plurality of internal teeth and the eccentric shaft; a driven rotating body (30) that rotates together with a driven shaft and that comprises a stopper (39) and a cage (36) for restricting movement of the plurality of rollers in the circumferential direction; and a cover (80, 80a) arranged on the radially outward side with respect to the stopper and having formed thereon an engagement section (84) that engages with the stopper in the circumferential direction. A press-fit section (16) that is press-fit to the inner circumferential surface of the sprocket is formed on the housing.
