Abstract:
A valve timing adjustment device (100) has a first arm protrusion part (4d), which gets snagged on a terminal hook part (6b) of a spiral spring (6) and is urged to a lock phase side by the spiral spring (6), at a surface of a first arm (4b) that faces a surface of a plate (1) when a rotation phase of a second rotation body with respect to a first rotation body is positioned on a first rotation phase side, and has a second arm protrusion part (4e), which contacts an outermost peripheral portion of the spiral spring (6), at a surface of a second arm (4c) that faces the surface of the plate (1) when the rotation phase is positioned on the first rotation phase side.
