Abstract:
A valve timing adjustment device (100) comprises: a bottomed cylindrical center bolt (2); a spool (3) provided in a hollow section of the center bolt (2) so as to be able to move linearly; an oil supply path (OSP) including a portion (22) formed along the longitudinal direction of the center bolt (2) inside a cylindrical wall section of the center bolt (2); a first annular groove (24) that is formed on the inner peripheral section of the center bolt (2) and that communicates with the oil supply path (OSP); and a second annular groove (31) that is formed on the outer peripheral section of the spool (3), that is disposed facing the first annular groove (24), and that communicates with the oil supply path (OSP) via the first annular groove (24), the oil supply path (OSP) being able to selectively communicate with a first work port (WP_1) or a second work port (WP_2) via the first annular groove (24) or the second annular groove (31) in accordance with the linear movement position of the spool (3).
