Abstract:
A check valve section (70) has a valve seat hole part (712) into which a working oil flows, a valve seat (713) formed in the periphery of the valve seat hole part (712), a lateral hole part (75) formed so that an axis (Ax2) thereof intersects an axis (Ax1) of the valve seat hole part (712), and a valve body (76) provided so as to be capable of separating from the valve seat (713) and coming into contact with the valve seat (713). This valve timing adjustment device further comprises a back-pressure oil path (150) that allows communication between the lateral hole part (75) and a space (721) on the side of the valve body (76) opposite from the valve seat (713).
