Abstract:
A vapor cell according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a vacuum tank that forms a cavity with a transparent material; and a vapor density regulator located inside the vacuum tank. The vapor density regulator includes: a silicon substrate provided with a through-hole; a glass substrate which is disposed on the lower surface of the silicon substrate and seals the through-hole; and an alkali metal dispenser which is disposed on the upper surface of the silicon substrate and seals the through-hole, and through which alkali metal vapor present inside and outside the through-hole passes reversibly.
