Abstract:
A liquid flow path part of a vapor chamber according to the present invention has a first main flow groove, a second main flow groove, and a third main flow groove. A first convex part row including a plurality of first convex parts arranged through first connection grooves is provided between the first main flow groove and the second main flow groove. A second convex part row including a plurality of second convex parts arranged through second connection grooves is provided between the second main flow groove and the third main flow groove. The second main flow groove comprises: a first intersection part in which at least a part of the first connection grooves faces the second convex parts; and a second intersection part in which at least a part of the second connection grooves faces the first convex parts.
