Abstract:
A wick sheet (30) for a vapor chamber (1) comprises: a first body surface (31a); a second body surface (31b) located on the reverse side from the first body surface (31a); a frame portion (32), and a plurality of land portions (33) provided within the frame portion (32) and spaced from each other. A vapor passage (51) through which the vapor (2a) of working fluid passes is formed between the plurality of land portions (33), and a liquid flow path (60) is formed on the second body surface (31b) side of at least one of the land portions (33), the liquid flow path (60) communicating with the vapor passage (51) and allowing liquid working fluid (2b) to pass therethrough. A bridge (41) for connecting a land portion (33) and the frame portion (32) or connecting the land portions (33) to each other is provided. The bridge (41) is thinned from the first body surface (31a) side and/or the second body surface (31b) side.
