Abstract:
This vapor chamber (1) has: a casing (4) comprising a first sheet (2) and a second sheet (3) facing one another and having the outer edges thereof bonded to one another; pillars (5) which are provided between the first sheet and the second sheet so as to support the same from the inside; and an operating fluid sealed within the casing. The first sheet (2) and the second sheet (3) do not have angles of less than 90° between the junction (6) and the pillar (5) nearest the junction (6), and satisfy formula 1. Formula 1: 0.02≤b/a≤0.3 [In the formula, a is the distance (in mm) from the outer edge of the outermost pillar to the junction of the first sheet and the second sheet, and b is the distance (in mm) between the first sheet and the second sheet on the outer edge of the outermost pillar.]
