Abstract:
A variable-capacitance element (61) comprises: a first terminal (TR1), a second terminal (TR2), and a third terminal (TR3) to each of which a control voltage can be applied; a MOS transistor (71) that has a gate electrode (G) connected to the first terminal (TR1), a source region (S) and a drain region (D) connected to the second terminal (TR2), and a back gate region (BG) connected to the third terminal (TR3); and a capacitor (C5) that is connected in parallel to the gate electrode (G) of the MOS transistor (71).
