Title:
VARIABLE CAPACITY COMPRESSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/026699
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To simplify the structure of a second control valve for pressure relief of a crank chamber in a variable capacity compressor. [Solution] A second control valve 400 adjusts the opening degree of a discharge passage 146 according to a difference between the pressure of downstream-side region of a supply passage 145, which is more toward a crank chamber 140 than a first control valve 300, and the pressure of the crank chamber 140. An accommodation chamber 101d includes: a first port 152a that communicates with the downstream-side region; a second port 101e that communicates with the crank chamber 140; and a third port 101f that communicates with a suction chamber 141. A valve body 401 includes: a valve part 401a; an insertion part 401b capable of being inserted into the second port 101e; and a partition part 401c. A length L1 from one end surface 401a1 of the valve body 401 to an insertion distal end 401b1 of the insertion part 401b is shorter than a length L2 of the entire accommodation chamber 101d. In a state in which the insertion distal end 401b1 is inserted into the second port 101e, a throttle section 146a of the discharge passage 146 is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the insertion part 401b and the inner circumferential surface of the second port 101e.
