Abstract:
A variable compression ratio driving structure and an assembly method therefor. The structure drives an eccentric shaft (5) in a variable compression ratio mechanism to rotate, and comprises a harmonic reducer unit fixedly provided on an engine block (7) and a motor unit fixedly provided on a rigid gear (8) in the harmonic reducer unit. The assembly method comprises: first mounting the rigid gear (8) and the eccentric shaft (5); then mounting a flexible gear (9), a wave generator (10), and the like; mounting the rigid gear, the eccentric shaft, the flexible gear and the wave generator in the engine block (7); and mounting a timing cover (18) and the motor unit, and completing the sealing between the motor unit and the timing cover (18) by means of the mounting of the motor unit. The assembly method can achieve the assembly of the variable compression ratio driving structure, the assembly thereof is simple, and the assembly precision can be improved, thereby facilitating reliable settings of the driving structure. The present application further relates to an engine and a vehicle.
