Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of steam turbine systems for feed water pumps, and in particular to a variable-frequency generation and heat regeneration integrated steam turbine system for a feed water pump. The system comprises a main steam turbine, a small steam turbine, a second generator, a converter, a feed water pump and a pre-steam pump, wherein a steam source of the small steam turbine comes from steam discharged by the main steam turbine; the small steam turbine drives the second generator, the feed water pump and the pre-steam pump, and a water source passes through the pre-steam pump to be pressurized and then enters the feed water pump; and the converter is used for adjusting the braking torque of the second generator. The converter uses a cascaded multi-level four-quadrant scheme. The second generator is a high-speed synchronous electric generator, and when a unit is started, the second generator operates in an electric motor state and drives the feed water pump. The present invention solves the problems of the degree of opening on a steam intake valve of a steam turbine for a feed water pump being relatively small and causing a large throttling loss, since existing BEST steam turbines for driving water feed pumps operate via throttling regulation by the steam intake valve.
